Coaching brings breakthroughs. I offer a safe space for you to learn and grow. I have an Executive Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and have achieved a level PCC (Professional Certified Coach) accreditation from the International Coaching Federation.

Leadership is both maddening and rewarding. I've led numerous high performing teams to create award-winning, innovative work, as well as through crises and challenges. I understand the unique joys and frustrations of leading in a nonprofit.

I am the proud parent of a transgender child who transitioned in 2008, before there was much in the way of support. This experience redefined me, and taught me the extraordinary power of community and the limitless healing capacity of unconditional love.

I've led hundreds of training sessions based on curricula I've built. I use storytelling, games and humor to address sensitive topics and help people find deeper understanding.

A dynamic, experienced public speaker who brings warmth, storytelling and humor to explore LGBTQ+ identities, focused on trans and nonbinary identities, I make the information accessible and the experience fun and meaningful.

Since the LGBTQ community and, in particular PFLAG (the extended family of the LGBTQ+ community), helped my family navigate supporting a trans child, I've been committed to paying it forward. I've served PFLAG since 2009, currently volunteering with the National Board of Directors.

My work for Enterprise Community Partners and with the LGBTQ+ community has brought me face-to-face with my white privilege. I am learning about and grappling with my role in and my responsibility for dismantling white supremacy.
